These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the Napoleon profile on the informational website located at napoleonik.com (the "Site") and set out the rules for your use of the Site and any related services. These Terms are effective from 20 January 2026 ("Effective Date").

- UKGC means the UK Gambling Commission, the regulator for commercial gambling in Great Britain.
Account Registration
The Site is primarily an informational and comparison service. As of the Effective Date, you are not required to create an Account to read content. If Account functionality is offered now or in the future, this section will govern registration and use.
Eligibility and Age Verification
- Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old and legally resident in the UK (or in another jurisdiction where access to the Site is lawful) to register an Account or interact with gambling-related content. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement.
- Gambling context: Even though the Site does not itself offer real-money gambling, it relates to gambling activities that are strictly for adults. You must not use the Site, nor attempt to register with Third-Party Operators promoted or reviewed on the Site, if you are under 18 or below the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.
- Verification: The Operator may request age and identity verification (for example, a copy of an ID document or confirmation via a third-party age-verification service) where required by law or where there is reason to suspect misuse.
Account Creation Process
- Registration data: To create an Account (if available) you must provide accurate and complete information, such as your name, email address, and country of residence. You confirm that all information you submit is truthful and current.
- Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking on a confirmation link before your Account becomes active.
- Single account: You may hold only one Account on the Site. Duplicate or fictitious accounts may be suspended or closed.
- Separate gambling accounts: Any account you open with a Third-Party Operator (e.g., a Napoleons land-based membership or a UKGC-licensed online casino account) is governed exclusively by that operator's own terms and conditions and is not an account with the Operator of napoleonik.com.
User Obligations and Security
- Accuracy of data: You must keep your registration and contact details accurate and up to date. You agree to update your Account promptly in case of changes.
- Password security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your Account. You must not share your password with any third party.
- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify the Operator as soon as reasonably practicable and change your password immediately.
- Prohibited registrations: You must not create an Account using another person's identity, using disposable email addresses for abusive purposes, or where such registration would breach any applicable law or regulation.
Regional compliance note: The Operator does not provide gambling and is not licensed by the UKGC. If you choose to gamble with a Third-Party Operator, you must satisfy that operator's own KYC and age-verification requirements, which may include the provision of documents and ongoing source-of-funds checks in accordance with UK anti-money laundering and safer gambling rules.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
The Site does not itself offer betting or gaming facilities. This section explains general principles that may apply when you place bets with Third-Party Operators referenced on the Site, and sets out behavioural expectations if the Site provides community features (such as comments, chat, or forums).
General Betting Principles with Third-Party Operators
- No bets on napoleonik.com: All bets and wagers are placed directly with Third-Party Operators and are subject to their own rules and the requirements of the UK Gambling Commission or other competent regulators. The Operator does not handle stakes, payouts or gaming accounts.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Any minimum and maximum bet limits are determined by the relevant Third-Party Operator or venue and may differ between games, tables, and venues (for example, different limits in Napoleons casinos in Sheffield, Leeds, Hull, Bradford or Manchester).
- Bet acceptance: A bet is normally considered accepted once confirmed by the Third-Party Operator's system or by the relevant table dealer or terminal. After acceptance, it is usually not possible to cancel or modify the bet, except where explicitly allowed under that operator's rules.
- Game rules: All games (including live casino, electronic gaming machines, and table games) are governed by house rules or game-specific rules published by the Third-Party Operator. You must read and understand those rules before playing.
Cancellation, Errors and Malfunctions
- Palpable errors: If a Third-Party Operator identifies an obvious error (for example, an incorrect price, rule, or pay table), it may void or correct affected bets in accordance with its own terms and applicable UKGC guidance. The Operator is not responsible for any such errors or their correction.
- Technical issues: Bets may be voided or settled differently where there are technical malfunctions, interrupted connections, or equipment failures at a land-based venue. You must refer to the relevant venue's or online operator's published policies.
- No intervention by the Site: The Operator cannot alter, cancel, or influence bets placed with Third-Party Operators and cannot access your betting history with them. Any queries must be addressed directly to the Third-Party Operator or, for land-based disputes, via processes such as IBAS where applicable.
Conduct in Live Casinos, Venues and Chats
- Respectful behaviour: Whether in a Napoleons land-based venue or on any online platform you access after using the Site, you must behave respectfully and comply with the operator's house rules. Abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing conduct is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibition of fraud: Collusion, cheating, chip-dumping, advantage play that breaches house rules, use of automated tools or bots, or any attempt to manipulate software, systems, or staff is prohibited and may lead to exclusion, confiscation of winnings, law-enforcement referral, and other sanctions under applicable law.
- Site community rules: If the Site offers comments or chat, you must not post defamatory content, threats, hate speech, spam, or any material that infringes intellectual property rights. The Operator may moderate, edit, or remove content and may suspend Accounts that breach these rules.
- Safer gambling: You are encouraged to gamble responsibly, to set personal limits, and to use self-exclusion tools where needed, such as the SENSE land-based self-exclusion scheme and, for UK-licensed online gambling, GAMSTOP. Links to these services may be provided on the Site for your convenience.
Bonus Terms
The Site may describe or compare bonuses and promotions offered by Third-Party Operators and land-based venues. The Operator does not grant or credit Bonuses and does not control their availability. The binding terms for any Bonus are those published by the relevant Third-Party Operator.
Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Eligibility: Each Bonus may be available only to specific categories of players (for example, new customers, invited members, or venue guests) and may be restricted by jurisdiction. You must check the relevant operator's eligibility criteria.
- Activation steps: Typical activation steps may include registering an account, opting in, entering a promo code, or making a qualifying deposit or wager. The Site's descriptions are summaries only and may not list all conditions.
- Wagering requirements: Most Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times within a given period (for example, 30x the bonus amount within 30 days) before withdrawal. Different games may contribute differently toward wagering, and certain games may be excluded.
- Expiry: Bonuses and associated winnings often expire if wagering requirements are not met within the operator's stated timeframe. The Operator is not responsible if a Bonus expires or becomes unavailable.
Prohibited Games, Actions and Bonus Abuse
- Game restrictions: Third-Party Operators commonly exclude certain low-volatility games, progressive jackpots, or table games from contributing to wagering requirements. You must consult the operator's own Bonus terms before playing.
- Bonus abuse: Activities such as using multiple accounts, colluding with other players, hedging bets between accounts or sites to clear wagering risk-free, or deliberately breaching game restrictions may be considered Bonus abuse and can lead to Bonus cancellation, confiscation of winnings, and account closure.
- One promotion at a time: Operators may restrict the use of multiple Bonuses at the same time or the combining of casino and sportsbook promotions. The Site's reviews will highlight such restrictions where known but cannot guarantee completeness.
Relationship Between Site Information and Operator Terms
- Informational only: Bonus overviews, ratings and recommendations on the Site are for information and comparison only. They do not replace the full terms and conditions published by the Third-Party Operator or venue.
- Priority of operator terms: In the event of any inconsistency between information on the Site and a Third-Party Operator's own Bonus terms, the operator's terms prevail. You are responsible for reading those terms in full before accepting any Bonus.
Payments & Withdrawals
The Operator of napoleonik.com does not accept deposits, process withdrawals, or hold customer funds. Any monetary transactions mentioned on the Site relate to Third-Party Operators or land-based venues. This section explains common industry practices and clarifies the Operator's limited role.
Payment Methods with Third-Party Operators
- Common methods: UKGC-licensed operators commonly accept debit cards, bank transfers, and selected e-wallets. Credit card gambling is prohibited for UK consumers under current regulations. Some operators may offer additional methods (for example, prepaid vouchers or open banking services).
- Crypto assets: Where crypto assets are accepted, this is subject to the Third-Party Operator's licensing and regulatory obligations. Many UKGC-licensed operators either do not accept crypto or apply enhanced checks. The Operator does not endorse any particular payment method.
- Same-method withdrawals: Operators usually require withdrawals to be made via the same method used for deposit, subject to anti-money laundering and security checks. Limits, fees, and processing times vary and are determined by the operator and payment provider.
Limits, Fees and Processing Times
- Deposit and withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits are set by the Third-Party Operator and may depend on your account status, verification level, or safer gambling measures (such as deposit limits or affordability assessments).
- Processing times: Typical withdrawal processing times range from instant to several working days depending on the payment method and the operator's internal checks. Additional delays may occur where enhanced due diligence is required.
- Fees: Some operators or payment providers may charge fees for certain transactions. The Site seeks to provide up-to-date information but cannot guarantee that such information is complete or current.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Bonus Funds
- Refunds: Refunds of real-money stakes or deposits are governed by the Third-Party Operator's terms and by applicable law. The Operator has no authority to grant refunds or reverse transactions carried out with Third-Party Operators.
- Chargebacks: Unauthorised chargebacks or disputed card payments may result in closure of your gambling account, confiscation of winnings, and the involvement of debt recovery agencies. You must resolve transaction issues directly with the relevant operator and payment provider.
- Bonus-related funds: If a Bonus is cancelled or confiscated (for example, due to expiry or Bonus abuse), any related Bonus funds may be removed in line with the operator's rules. The Site cannot intervene in such decisions.
Clarification: If, at any time, the Operator introduces paid services on napoleonik.com (for example, premium analytical content), those services will have separate pricing and refund terms. In any case, the Operator will never hold or manage player gambling bankrolls or bet funds on behalf of any Third-Party Operator.
Limitation of Liability
The Operator aims to provide accurate, timely, and balanced information about Napoleons-branded land-based venues and other gambling products relevant to UK users. However, the nature of gambling markets means that details may change frequently and the Operator does not guarantee completeness or ongoing accuracy.
Operator Obligations
- Information quality: The Operator will take reasonable care in compiling and updating Content, relying on sources such as the UKGC public register, official operator websites (including napoleons-casinos.co.uk), and publicly available reports.
- Fairness of descriptions: Reviews and analyses are intended to be fair and unbiased, but they reflect subjective opinions based on available information at the time of writing.
- Technical availability: The Operator will use reasonable efforts to keep the Site available and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
Exclusions of Liability
- No responsibility for third parties: The Operator is not responsible for the acts, omissions, terms, or products of any Third-Party Operator, including A & S Leisure Group Limited, Napoleon Games, or any other casino, sportsbook, or payment provider.
- No guarantee of winnings: Nothing on the Site constitutes advice or a guarantee of profit. Gambling always involves risk. You are solely responsible for decisions to visit venues, open accounts, place bets, or accept Bonuses.
- Technical failures: The Operator is not liable for any losses arising from network interruptions, system failures, device malfunctions, or software errors affecting your access to the Site or to any Third-Party Operator.
- Indirect and consequential loss: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
Liability Cap
- Website relationship only: Because the Site does not accept bets, any liability of the Operator relates solely to your use of the Site and not to any stakes placed with Third-Party Operators.
- Cap on damages: Subject to any non-excludable statutory rights (including your rights under UK consumer law), the Operator's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events will not exceed the greater of: (a) £100; or (b) the total amount (if any) you have paid directly to the Operator for access to paid services on the Site in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
- Future betting services: If, contrary to the current model, the Operator were ever to accept bets or wagers directly, its liability in relation to any bet would in no circumstances exceed the amount of the stake placed on that specific bet, in addition to the general limitations set out in these Terms.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Site Content
- Operator's IP: All intellectual property rights in the Site and its Content (including text, layout, design, graphics, and software) are owned by, or licensed to, the Operator and are protected by copyright, database right, and other intellectual property laws.
- Third-party marks: "Napoleons Casinos & Restaurants", "Napoleon Sports & Casino", and other brand names, logos, and trade marks relating to A & S Leisure Group Limited or Napoleon Games are the property of their respective owners. They are used on the Site strictly for identification and descriptive purposes.
Permitted Use
- Personal use: You may access and print or download extracts of Content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify the Content and that any copyright notices are retained.
- Prohibited acts: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, publicly perform, publicly display, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content for commercial purposes without the Operator's prior written consent.
- Automated access: Systematic extraction or scraping of Content (including through bots, spiders, or other automated tools) is prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing.
User-Generated Content
- Licence to Operator: If you submit reviews, comments, or other materials to the Site, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Site.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe third-party rights, breach applicable law, or violate these Terms.
Privacy & Data Protection
The Operator processes personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Privacy Policy: Details of how the Operator collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal data, and your rights as a data subject, are set out in the Site's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
- Purpose limitation: Personal data collected via the Site is used only for lawful purposes, such as operating your Account, improving the Site, and complying with legal obligations (for example, age-verification or responding to lawful requests by authorities).
- Third-party links: If you follow links from the Site to Third-Party Operators (including napoleons-casinos.co.uk, ibas-uk.com, gamstop.co.uk, or sense self-exclusion pages), those sites have their own privacy policies and the Operator is not responsible for their practices.
Changes to Terms
The Operator may update or amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, industry practice, or the functionality of the Site.
Notification of Changes
- On-site notices: Material changes will be notified by an appropriate notice on the Site, such as a banner, pop-up, or highlighted update near the top of this page.
- Email communication: Where you have an Account and have provided a valid email address, the Operator may also send you an email summarising material changes.
- Effective date: Each version of the Terms will be identified by an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Your Options
- Acceptance by use: If you continue to use the Site after changes take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
- Discontinuing use: If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Site and, where applicable, request closure of your Account.
Termination & Suspension
The Operator may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your Account (if one exists) in accordance with this section.
Grounds for Suspension or Termination
- Breach of Terms: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account if you breach these Terms or any applicable policy (for example, by engaging in abusive behaviour, posting unlawful content, or attempting to scrape the Site).
- Legal or regulatory reasons: Access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated where required by law, regulation, court order, law-enforcement request, or regulatory guidance.
- Security concerns: Accounts may be suspended where there is suspicion of unauthorised access, identity theft, or other security issues.
- Inactivity: The Operator may close Accounts that have been inactive for a prolonged period, subject to reasonable notice where required.
Procedure and Consequences
- Notice: Where reasonably practicable, the Operator will notify you by email or on-site message of any suspension or termination, explaining the main reasons, unless doing so would be unlawful or compromise security.
- Access to content: On termination of your Account, your right to use any personalised features will end. The Operator may retain or remove user-generated content in accordance with its policies and applicable law.
- No impact on third-party accounts: Suspension or termination of your Site Account does not directly affect any account you hold with a Third-Party Operator; such accounts remain subject to that operator's own T&Cs.
Funds and refunds: Because the Operator does not hold customer funds or manage gambling balances, termination of your Site Account does not involve refunds of stakes or winnings. If, in future, paid services are offered on the Site, any applicable refund rules will be set out in the terms for those services.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- Governing law: These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Consumer protections: If you are a consumer resident in the UK, you may benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence, which shall apply in addition to the provisions of these Terms.
Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
- Courts: Subject to any mandatory rights you may have to bring proceedings elsewhere, the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site.
- Informal resolution: You are encouraged to contact the Operator first to seek an informal resolution of any concern regarding the Site.
- ADR for gambling disputes: For the avoidance of doubt, disputes relating to gambling transactions with land-based Napoleons venues or other licensed operators are handled under those operators' dispute procedures, which may include ADR providers such as the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) for claims up to £10,000. The Operator of napoleonik.com is not a party to those disputes.

The Operator aims to provide clear and accessible contact channels for Users of the Napoleon profile on napoleonik.com. However, available public data does not specify a dedicated telephone number, email address, or full postal address for this Site.
